I’ve eaten at a lot of banh mi places in Adelaide and these guys are the best. I’ve been a customer even before they moved to their current location. I think it’s about time I gave them a review! Staff and owners always friendly and cheerful. Always very busy around lunch. Food always fresh, my favorite is the combination meat roll. If I’m feeling extra hungry I would buy the spring roll deal, steamed dim sims or cold rolls as extra. Price and deals very reasonable. There is seating out front but might be hard to get a seat around lunch. You could always cross the road and sit at the oval to eat. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely staff, banh mi was quite nice and cold rolls were also good despite leaving it in heat weather for an hour before eating. Also the staff were really nice - they had big smiles on their faces which added to the flavour ;)) Quick service as well, reasonable price - i think I paid 8.5 for banh mi.

I went to Sunshine a couple years ago and it was quite nice. After a recent trip to Adelaide I wanted a pork roll and was pleasantly surprised that there are more options. Bought the pork roll and my partner got the skewers and fried rice. Delicious. Great tasting snacks and the service ladies are so nice! Highly recommend

Convenient little Vietnamese Banh Mi place opposite the Cane Reserve / Oval / Playground. The Banh Mi is packed with flavour, the cold rolls are fresh and soft with the peanut sauce. The service is quick and friendly, I love that they remember the locals orders as a soon as they step into the eatery. Street parking is limited but is close enough to public transport

I gave their roast pork roll a try, which included pate. The chili didn't live up to its promised spiciness, even with my request for extra. The roll was crunchy and light, with flavorful pork that had a satisfying crackle, but the roll was small in size compared to others. It was a decent try, but I've had better rolls for the price. $9.50

Super tasty Vietnamese rolls, good portion size ($8-9.5 a roll depending on what roll you get). Very friendly owners ,who said they've been running the family run business for around 12+ years! (They moved shops)

The customer service was friendly. Meat roll was very delicious. I could taste every flavour of every ingredient and the bread had a nice crunch to it. Fried chicken wings were fresh and hot. Chicken spring rolls were nice and filling
